There was plenty of space, and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was cleanand had all the amenities we needed. The pool was a hit with the grandkids! Weenjoyed morning coffee sitting on the porch and watching the birds and fish inthe canal. We also loved walking to the Crab-N restaurant in theneighborhood—that restaurant is a hidden gem. We will definitely book thishouse for our future Texas coastal getaways.

Overall great location. The space and amenities are good. Plenty of room for all our guests. Great to have a pool and BBQ pit. Fishing access to the canal was good. Although the house needs some upkeep. We ran into a few things, house was not cleaned to good. Needs some maintenance. We had to call for dining door not opening. Maintenance came to replace door know. We also informed him of there being dirty underwater hanging in closet,threshold in 2nd bedroom loose, we tripped over it, old molded coffee grounds in pot. Oven dirty,Bbq pit was filthy which we cleaned, dead and live cockroches. Maintenance was very nice and friendly. Our hostes Nina was very nice and accommodating to our needs even prior to our arrival,thank you. We had a great time at this location, would definitely recommend staying here.

This house allows for lots of room for a large family. Love the pool. We grilled three times and enjoyed the outside areas. Location is a quick drive to all the area has to offer, and a quick boat ride too!
Kitchen is tight, and my tall people each had at least one turn hitting the corner of the hood vent, one drew blood!

We had the best trip - 3 families and lots of kids, and the house was very accommodating. Everyone had their space, the backyard was so spacious - room for everyone to sit, to swim, to fish, it was great. Close to Rockport Beach and Port Aransas and beautiful weather while we were there. Thank you for such a great experience!

The house was absolutely beautiful! It accommodated my whole family, and my family is pretty big. The house was in tip top shape and we will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful time getting together with our family! The home was well appointed and comfortable. The pool was small but was enjoyed by all as well as the canal front location. We will definitely rent this home again.

This is a beautiful home on a canal. A great place to host out of town family.

everything was really good except the Grill. bbq pit was missing a grill on the smoker . the grill on the grilling section had a big hole and was not the grill to that pit. that was a huge deal for me because that was one of tge closing points for me. i had to have a pool , fishing deck and a bbq grill. i grilled the two nights and it was terrible experience.

It was a beautiful and roomy house! There were a few issues when we arrived like the pool being green and trash dumpsters were knocked over with trash on the ground but Suzanne had it all taken care of within 30 min. She was very attentive and helpful through it all starting at booking the property . We would certainly stay there again!

It was the perfect house for a group of 8 men and two boats. Could not have stayed in a better place.
