Coast Oaks Cottage 1

The cottage we stayed in was just as described. It was quaint, very clean, very beachy. We were looking for a peaceful couple of days to just relax which is what we did. We drove around Rockport. We would definitely return to stay in the Cottages.

The cottage was very nice and located in a good location. The cottage was a nice size and the a/c worked great.

This little cabin is perfect for a quick get away. All the basics are offered, it is clean and well stocked. Many things in walking distance and the grounds are well kept. I was able to take my pet which was the biggest bonus. Contact was quick to respond with the couple of questions I had.

Everything was great except for the mattress which was placed over a board that creaked all night when we moved. The tub was slippery. We bought a mat to keep us from falling. When these issues are changed, I will recommend this property, but not until then.

Perfect little cottage, very clean and functional. Walking to many areas...BUT over all just a great little place for some down time.

1st time to try vacation rental and it was a great experience. Very well maintained and great location easy to get to all areas. liked the walk around the town area. management easy to talk to and get information. Last time we at Rockport was in the 80's. although the beach area was well maintained time has taken its toll on the beach water to be expected I guess. overall a lovely experience.

Cottage was comfortable and clean, however, we had an issue with our door lock the minute we arrived. Someone was sent out to repair while we went to dinner but had to take our valuables with us. Lock did not work again the next morning, but no one ever returned to repair. Was very disappointed because I couldn’t leave the room until later that day when a friend that lived nearby came to get our valuable items until lock was repaired. But no one ever returned. I

Really enjoyed my stay at this rental. It was very conveniently located to all of the things I wanted to do in Rockport. It was quiet, clean and provided the amenities I needed for my stay.

It was so nice to stay at a cute cottage instead of a hotel room. Cutely decorated, just the right size for my needs, great communication with the property manager and her timely responses. Couldn't have been happier with my stay.

2nd time staying here. We love the location. It's always clean and comfortable.

Very good experience; location was great: next to coffee, food, festivities, and water. Quaint little spot with everything we needed.

My husband & I have stayed in these cottages several times! Hands down they are the cutest cleanest & perfect!!! The staff is amazing too!! Will always use them & recommend to anyone !!!

Very nice cottage. Everything worked well and the landscaping was beautiful. Internet was a little slow.

Cottage was small and quaint. Liked that it was close to Marina.

I needed a place not far from Corpus to stay due to an event I was attending. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to visit the beach, but wanted to be close in case I wanted a quick walk in the sand. This was a great location and perfect size for two people. The bed is my only complaint, but because I am not used to a spring bed and this one was on the thinner side. Didn't sleep great, but I would definitely stay again. Great communication with the owner and overall very pleased.
