Coast Oaks Cottage 2

Great spot for a quick weekend trip to the beach. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of outlets, towels, and pillows.

Check-in and Check-out were easy.

This cottage exceeded our expectations! My wife Kim, especially liked the location. It was fantastic - 18min on foot to the beach and only few minutes to the restaurants/bars.

Very Clean and Comfortable. The room decor and amenities were nicely done, very comfortable and the sleep quality was excellent.

And AFFORDABLE!

I’ve stayed in almost all of these cottages & we LOVE THEM! They’re so cute , comfy & sparking clean! Everything is always wonderful each & every time we stay! So very clean & everything we need! I can always count on great customer service that goes over & beyond!

Location was good, cottage was a duplex, comfortable enough, but about like a hotel room. Everything worked though, and it was clean and relatively quiet. Good communication from the property manager.

Very clean inside but sidewalk under water to entrance. Dog poop container FULL. Noisy from nearby construction. Only one regular coffee K cup!

Nice & quiet. Lots of room for our dogs. Great parking. Easy access.

The accommodations were excellent. My only issue of discontent was that we were without heat on both very cold nights. I wrestled with remote to turn t heat several times during t night and in the morning but to no avail.We we're quite cold. It was not until clearing the closet that I discovered a space heater tucked away in the back. We had no idea it was there. Otherwise all else was satisfactory. Thanks

Great little cottage. Clean and well equipped. Great location. My 1 complaint would be needs 2 comfortable chairs to lounge in.We are both 75vyears old and sitting on the bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise loved it.

Great location with amenities for all your needs. Cute decor. Parking is tight, but there is an additional parking area. Cool a/c. Very clean.

I’m so happy I booked this rental for our mini weekend vacation. The property was easy to find, very well maintained, and quiet. The cottage itself was clean and cozy. My favorite part was the excellent water pressure in the shower! The property has plenty of cute coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants around it. It’s also dog friendly, we brought our two dogs and we were very happy that there was a whole grass area with a doggy station and they were very relaxed in the cottage.

TV did not work so I called and spoke to the manager. She never got back with me. The property was clean, although small. Also, the Gas grill did work as advertised. Was not happy with the TV situation

It was a pleasant surprise it was was so cute and clean great location!

This was a great last minute get away and this sweet cottage made it all that much better!

The cottage was very clean and neat. The location was a short walking distance to the Rockport beach and the shops on S. Austin . We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very clean, love the decor. Perfect for two to relax after a long day in the sun!

Room was great. Walkable to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Just 2 blocks from festival grounds too. Communication from the property management co was easy for arrival details. We'll definitely go back.
