Nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. It was extremely close to the beach. Great place to relax and recharge.

Everything exceeded expectations. Wonderful large, clean, room. Staff was friendly, kind, and responsive. Will return.

I really like staying here. It was the perfect place for me and my family of four. It was cool when we would come in from the hot sun and stayed that way. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Very very close to the beach less than a three minute drive. The surrounding areas and shops were convenient to what I might have needed like ice or sunscreen. Easy check-in and check out and hosts for very accommodating with my early check-in.

What a beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable room we walked into! Larger and more homey than a motel room, the grounds were immaculate and the property was so quaint and interesting. Coffee bar was great and everything worked well. Very quiet and peaceful, convenient to anywhere we wanted to go! Will definitely stay here again, it was perfect for our 3 day getaway!

This little cottage was the perfect size and had the perfect location to explore all of Rockport. It had all the essentials and was very clean. The room was decorated with a cute beachy/local theme and for being in the middle of Rockport was very quiet. I also loved the landscape with flowering vines and even a birdbath. There were clear instructions to enter and the host was always there to answer any of our questions. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon.

These little cottages in the heart of downtown Rockport offer a surprisingly private and quiet retreat. Our second stay, we'll be back again. Simply and tastefully furnished, clean and spacious.

We stayed in cabin 2. We had 2 nice queen beds in an open space that was ample for luggage & beach items. We had a small fridge & for longer stays a slightly larger one wld hv been nice; the bathrm was clean & big with plenty of towels. The clothes closet was huge. The cabin was nicely decorated. The bbq is communal & worked well. Parking was plenty. It’s only a cpl minutes to the park. The owner was responsive to our call. We loved it and will visit again & recommend to friends! Recommendation: laundry draw string to hang wet suits in the tub.

The cottage is comfortable, and easy to access (parking, location-wise). There is a donut shop across the street (has not opened yet when we were there, but it should be soon!) It is close to the beach, but approximately 15 minutes walk (we ended up driving and not walking as we originally thought we would).

our experience was very enjoyable. The room was clean and well maintained. The interaction with the property manager was wonderful. They were very helpful and responded very quickly. the location is close to shopping centers as well at the beach park entrance. I would stay here again.

Great cottage great environment great room it literally felt like home we would love to go back & stay there once again however we will need at leat 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

The location is absolutely wonderful! Literal blocks from everything. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The groundskeeping was also nice. The grass was nice and green and not full of stickers allowing my kids to run around barefoot. Highly recommend!
