Coast Oaks Cottage 5

One of the best vacations of my life. Will be returning soon!

Very comfy and cozy. Aside from a few hairs in the shower it was a very clean and relaxing place. Great location, very close to downtown and the beach.
Fridge and coffee maker worked well, shower pressure was great, and there were plenty of extra towels and bedding.
One issue however was that the walkways flooded in the rain and there was no way out from the cottage other than to walk through 4-5in of water. This was in front of #5.

Everything was great. The place was spacious, clean and had a home feel to it. My family loved the stay and we definitely will be renting from them again.

The cottage we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. We were able to bring our dogs, which was a plus! We will most likely stay again when we’re in town.

We have stayed several times & even have put family in these!! Happy every single time!!!!

So glad we chose Cottage #5! Super clean, roomy, & very nicely appointed including a great mini fridge & microwave, double vanity sinks, 2 comfy queen beds with nice linens, & two couches in a separate area for viewing the 2nd of two Roku-equipped TVs. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and a nice mom n pop breakfast/lunch diner just 1 block away. Prop mgmnt was great & very responsive.
Cottage #5 will be our go-to choice every time we visit Rockport!

The cute cottage was nice. It could use a bit sprucing up one of the bathroom sinks was not draining and the light above the sink was coming off the wall and one of the TV's did not work. but over all we had a great time. it was clean and neat and quite. Love it and would stay there again.

For us, this was in a prime location. We were within walking distance of the beach, shops, and the winery. Plus, we were able to bring our fur babies along with us as the cottage was pet friendly. We would stay at this location again.

Good location. Lots of room in the cottage. The tv function did not allow foe national live news or programs

We had a great time in Rockport. The property was very clean and comfortable. It is located very close to the cute little downtown with fun coffee shops. There was great communication with the property manager. We would definitely go back again.

The cottage was exactly what we had hoped for. Bigger than expected. Great price. Privacy was good. View wasn’t great, but I knew that when I booked, and when I’m on vacation, I’m always doing things away from where I’m staying. There was plenty of parking. Also, I had to change the week I was going to be staying, and it was very easy to send a message and get the dates changed (it was before the stay was paid for, and in a timely manor) I appreciated that. The decor was beautiful. If I ever come to Rockport again, I would stay here again ❤️

This is perfect little space that’s super clean & amazing staff accommodating in any way possible. My husband & I love staying here every time!!!!

My husband and I have business in Rockport now and then and our preferred rental are these lovely, well maintained cottages. The grounds are beautiful and lush. They are pet friendly and walking distance to cafe for quick breakfast and a stroll to the marina and beach.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Lodge 5 for 4 days/3 nights and had nothing but a pleasant experience. Clean, cozy, and accommodating! The extra parking and quick response time from the property manager made bringing the boat not an issue at all. I would highly recommend and will certainly be staying here again myself!

Perfectly Perfect place to stay. From the double vanity bathroom sinks in the spacious bathroom, to the comfortable king size bed. Comfort was obviously the most important thought. Travel sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap greeted us, along with clean towels. The living room has a sleeper sofa, 2 chairs. A big screen TV made downtime (and during the rain) easy. Theres a small Fridge, and microwave. And cups and KCups greeted us for the Keurig. A small stove top would have been chef’s kiss, to help save $. There’s an area to walk your dogs, and a trash can and poo bags are available. There were other people with pets staying at the same time, but you’d never know it, based on how quiet and calm it was. It’s within walking (though a little far)distance to the marina, a few restaurants, and shopping boutiques. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!! Would I recommend this place to my friends? Absolutely!

This is a very solid rental unit. When I arrived it was super clean. Everything was perfect.

Communication was great, check-in was super easy and the cottage was so cute and clean! The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows which is a huge plus to me. We had 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog and it was perfect for us. I’d definitely recommend it.

Me and my family had a very pleasant stay at this property. The location was amazing and so close to the beach. The property was so clean and comfy. We had a great time and price was just right.
We will definitely come back another time.
