Very comfy and felt like home. Great views from inside the house, balcony and pool.

Nice location, very cute and clean. Staff responded quickly. The Wi-Fi kept crashing, it made it difficult to watch a movie, and we were attacked by fire ants. The first night luggage next to the window was infested, thank goodness for the dryer. Second night our bag hung in a hook got infested, had to throw it away, other than that, it was a beautiful house. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi.

We couldn't have asked for a better area, the house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Had the best time with the grandkids in the pool, it was clean and relaxing. The home was clean and well appointed.

Great vacation stay Clean Clean Clean

Overall the vacation rental was good. Price was right and there wasn't a long list of chores to do at check out. Property manager was very responsive to several issues that came up (arrival app not working, Google map address clarification, and internet issues).

However I do feel that the photos are somewhat misleading. There is no sandy beach access from the house. Nearest beach is about 2 miles away. Pictures also show a boardwalk with rides which may only be seasonal. There isn't a whole lot of kid friendly things to do nearby. We ended up driving to corpus christi one day to find some things to do.

House was well stocked and clean. Plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, etc.

Kids did swim in the pool and the hot tub.

Location would be our biggest complaint.

This was an amazing home by the water. Every morning we had the most beautiful sunrises. The home itself was perfect for my family. We had everything we need and more. We would love to spend every weekend here.

Great location and a great pool for kids and adults.

We just spent 3 nights at Seven Palms and had the best time. The hot tub was a hit! The house has everything you need. There was even an extra living space downstairs so the kids could have their own space. We walked to the Irish Pub and Charlotte Plumbers and my husband a son really enjoyed the pier across the street. We will definately return.
