The rental was beautiful and the owner was very communicative, responding promptly to all questions and requests. Loved the yard but the mosquitos were pretty bad. It was so nice to have family fishing and swimming and still able to be in close proximity. My kids also loved the board games, especially bingo. Really enjoyed our stay!

House is every comfy and we'll be back now time. Dish washer issues were the only house issue.

Such a beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, and just loved the area overall. Got some barbecuing, swimming (private pool), fishing done! All while spending quality time with my family. The area had flooded a day or two before our arrival. They were kind enough to push us back one day and give us the next day from when we were supposed to check out. Just a great experience! Will be back next June!

We had a wonderful time in this house! It had plenty of space for our families. The pool was perfect for our younger children. Watching the fish jump in the canal was also fun! The house is in a great location to allow for travel to several different places. The customer service was great! Nina was always helpful answering questions. We stayed during a tropical storm warning and felt safe the whole time!

The home is open and airy. It is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils and so on. The property manager responded promptly to any issues.

Our family was very happy with this house. Had plenty of room for all of us and very nice amenities. Very clean and having a pool and canal access for fishing was a plus. We are definitely booking this house again.

Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home. Beautifully decorated, A/C works great, fishing dock, small pool to chill, 2 picnic tables and a round fire grill. Everything was great about this home even where it’s located in Copano Bay. Definitely would stay again if I were to come back.

Overall very good. Master bed mattress is a ture V, you roll to the center of the mattress from either side. That was very disappointing. Microwave moves around in the cabinet, dishwasher isn't anchored to the cabinet. The new swimming pool was a huge plus.

Clean home comfy beds and swimming pool was a hit! The dryer wasn’t drying properly We drove up on first day Saturday to find trash can completely full Trash day wasn’t until Tuesday

Beautiful home away from home tucked into a lovely community on the water. We had all of the amenities of our own home and was able to bring our dog with us. It definitely needs peer lights (can’t see after dark), fill in large hole by peer sidewalk (for child and animal safety), and the gate needs to be able to latch closed for dog safety when they play outside. We will definitely be back! It was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Close enough to the city if you want to go...

Great communication from property management and wonderful house. We had a water pressure issue in the showers and was fixed immediately. Awesome and relaxing back yard. Definitely would stay again.

This is a lovely home in a wonderful area. There was a leak in the refrigerator and bathroom. Both were dealt with promptly by the property manager. The property is well maintained and comfortable.

Beautiful home. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We enjoyed staying. The management staff quickly answered all emails I sent. The only issue we had was that there was standing water inside the dishwasher so we didn’t use it because most of what we would have put in the dishwasher was infant bottles etc. We used paper plates and just sterilized the rest on the stove so it really wasn’t that big of an issue. We would most definitely stay again.

Overall good stay but broken dishwasher (would never drain) was a terrible inconvenience and having to deal with dysfunctional smoke alarms was another unexpected disappointment but hopefully these issues were resolved upon our departure in time for the next guests. Nice house & backyard.

Pros: Quiet, A/C good. Clean. Lots of towels.
Cons: Dishwasher flooded kitchen. Upstairs showers doesn't drain. Mattress in primary bedroom is horrible. Charcoal grill needs to be replaced. Washer/Dryer very old.
I emailed management office on Saturday night. Didn't get a response for 36 hrs (we were checked out at that point).
