Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This spacious cottage has 2 King size beds in the bedroom along with a large TV. The Living room has a 55 inch TV, sofa, comfortable chairs and is open into the kitchen/ dining area. The full size kitchen has everything you would need to cook a full meal. There is a Full bathroom with a shower and there is also a half bath. Linens and towels are provided. The bedroom also has a nice seating area and a desk. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi.

Rental was great. The two bathrooms are a huge bonus. Near the market area. Very comfortable large room. Definitely a keeper for future visits.

Stay was absolutely wonderful! These cottages are perfect for any getaway near the beach! You can walk downtown & are pretty central for anywhere you want to go , shopping , eating, or beach. Super clean & very nicely maintained!

Everything was wonderful! The beds were so comfortable and the AC was super cold. There was everything in the kitchen that we needed to cook dinner. The second night we walked to a great restaurant downtown. This place was super clean. I will be back for sure.
The coast oak cottages are wonderful. Great for multiple families and very spacious. We enjoyed cottage 7 & 8 which were spacious, clean and had all we needed.
