Copano Breeze

We go to Rockport 4x a year for work booking a place with a private pier for fishing. This time we stayed at a different property, as the one we normally stay at (which was great) was not available. The new place is really nice and clean, closer to town and has even more amenities than the last (one of which is an amazing, clean pool right by the pier. The pier is new and has nice boat slips which makes it easier for multiple people to fish without crossing over or getting in others way. The house has a downstairs living area which worked out perfectly for my CO worker, while my wife and I had the top floor (where the master, with an amazing master bathroom, the kitchen, main living area, and a half bath which was nice to have. The views are AMAZING you get the perfect sunset views from the unit and both sunrise and sunset views from the pier. As Lways always, Rockport Escapes Nina was always available to help. I think we found our new spot! Forgot to say, LOVE having two balconies furnishes so that my co worker and I could have our own outdoor space as well. Fishing great got a lot of bites hooked onto Several gar even (I will be back with bigger better tackle on a mission to land 1 of these monsters) also catching a nice k
fish on the last night!

Loved the location and the sunset every evening were gorgeous

Our stay was great. The house and location is as described. The view is outstanding, perfect to see the sunrise and sunset. The home is comfortable and spacious. However, the downstairs AC did take a while to cool. Another hiccup we had was once we arrived we noticed the bedsheets had a large amount of dog hair. My son laid for seconds on one of the bunk beds and once he got up he was all full of dog hair. This property states it is not pet friendly but I assume the guest before us did not follow the rules and the bedsheets were not changed. Nina the host is great. I reached out to her about the AC at 12 midnight and was able to assist immediately. I explained to her the issue with the dog hair and immediately requested to assist with a solution. The community pool is a plus, very clean and well maintained. Overall, our stay was great. Can’t wait to go back!

The place was very nice super clean and quiet, we had a private pool, private pier very convenient place to stay really loved it. We will return with our family soon thank you guys.

Everything was great except for the downstairs TV, which didn't work. We reported this to the Property Management on day 1, they never repaired it. It really affected our kids entertainment and we are very disappointed.

The vacation house was beautiful but first day we got there a kitchen chair broke when sat on. It made us on edge trusting the rest of the furniture, especially the bunk beds. The pool lights were not turning on at night. Finally towards the end a few red and green lights came on. It took a day for the house to somewhat cool. It turns out the air filter needed to be changed. Customer service was so helpful though! Other than that everyone had a great time!

We had an awesome stay! The home was clean, large enough for our party and overall the stay was peaceful and quite! We really enjoyed the pool and just hanging out on the pier!

Rental was perfect for our family! Clean, modern, had just about everything we needed. Agent was friendly and helpful. Rental didn’t have a grill but we cooked our meals on the stove.
