Enjoyed the stay! Only issues was water leaking due to airflow unit downstairs! Green fishing light on water never worked! But over all the place is amazing. kitchen has everything you need to cook from breakfast to dinner. Love it and will rent again in future. Thnk you guys

we had a lovely stay--very comfortable home with all the amenities we needed. Our stay was very short but we found the place to be very nice and in a great location. We look forward to being able to return.

We had an amazing time at this home. Everything we needed was provided and the house was extremely clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the top deck viewing the birds and fish while a breeze blew through making it very comfortable sitting outside.

We caught a bunch of fish off the dock and even caught enough Blie Crabs to make a nice dip for everyone. The underwater green light really brought the baitfish in and the Sand Trout and Redfish put on a show nightly feeding on them. We caught Speckled Trout, Redfish, Sand Trout and Triple Tail right from the dock. My son used the provided kayak and took a paddle around the canal and fished.

The neighbors were very nice and gave us pointers on areas and attractions to visit while at the home. I

This was definitely one of the nicest homes we’ve rented for vacation and would certainly visit it again.

Very cool place to stay with the family, had enough space for our family and we didn’t even use 2 of the bedrooms. Close to fishing, eating and shopping, very quiet neighborhood with lots of AC to help with the south Tx humidity.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home in City by the Sea. We chose this perfect home because of the 4 bedrooms with 4 on-suite bathrooms. The tall chairs on the deck allow for an amazing view of the dolphins in the canal. We love rockport in the fall and winter.

This home and the locale are real winners. We spent most of our time on the awesome back deck, overlooking the canal and playing cornhole. The inside of the home was warm, comfortable, and functional. The property manager was excellent, prompt, and so very kind. Our family made lots of great memories in this lovely canal home.
