We've stayed here 3or4 times thus far. It's a beautiful property, located on Copano Bay by the causeway. Fishing and crabbing from the pier is a great amenity to us. This last trip we used the kayak launch. We have always stayed in Unit A and like the location, space (we put our disc golf basket out in empty lot when we come, for extra fun) we love the screened in porch on this Unit, although on our last visit prior tenants have been rough on the screen door, so it needs a little love. Love that it's just a short drive to town for supplies, bait etc. We will most definitely be back

From start to finish everything was easy. The property was awesome.

Quiet, secure home with private fishing pier. Property manager was on premises and came promptly when called. Suzanne from Rockport Escapes was wonderful to work with.
Only negative was the noise from the air/heating system as the units were just outside the bedroom.

It was a cute little house, quiet area. Close to town. Did not like that we couldn't adjust the AC. Had a yellow jacket nest on the back porch. Overall we had a great time.

The host was wonderful and super communicative. The property was clean and well stocked. The description was spot on and the property is right on the bay. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great place to stay!

Great place with a homelike cottage and all the amenities. Easy Kayak access to the bay, and wildlife to watch outside. Exceptional manager on site, and everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

We had 20 people so we rented two houses on the property, there is actually 3. Houses were stocked nicely with pots and pans along with plates and glasses. Bedrooms were comfy and spacious. We absolutely had a great time with playing soccer, frisbee and using the 2 BBQ pits provided with firewood that we brought. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.
